Chat Forum Terns and Conditions: Users must register in order to participate in Hey U.G.L.Y.'s LOUD AND CLEAR Chat Forum. Only one account is allowed per user providing a valid email address to participate in the chat. When posting use an alias instead of your real name. Please don't post private information like your phone number, address, photo and other personal information. Chat forums are read by tens of thousands of people around the world and we want to keep you safe. Registering for this chat forum implies that you agree to not publish any material that is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy or that otherwise violates any law. This forum is the property of Hey U.G.L.Y. Inc. and is provided as a "free" service to the teen community to share thoughts, ideas and solutions related to specific forum topics. This venue is the responsibility of Hey U.G.L.Y. Each forum will be administered by a Hey U.G.L.Y host and overseen by an administrator. The forum host may reject participant posts based on their interpretation of guidelines and specifically the violations listed in the section below. The infringing member may be warned, suspended, subjected to post moderation or have his/her membership permanently revoked, depending on the severity of the violation/s as deemed by the host's discretion. Membership is a privilege and we reserve the right to reject member posts or to cancel member privileges at any time at our sole discretion. Some of our host volunteers on the forums are mandated by law to report suspected child abuse and must report according to the laws of their State. No advertising or links to advertising or "Spam" is permitted (including signatures, member titles, images). Advertising, defined as the buying, selling or trading of any commercial or personal product or service, or the solicitation of money, such as for investments, charities, or private gatherings is prohibited. 

Chat Conduct: The forum rules apply to each chat room. The chat forum host will enforce the rules and have final authority during their scheduled chat forum. Please respect their decisions during chat meetings and do not disrupt the meetings. If something offends you it's a good idea to give yourself 30 minutes to calm down before replying. If you feel your message has been unreasonably deleted, or if you wish to complain about a post that you find offensive then please get in touch with an administrator at HeyUGLY@heyugly.orgthrough a private e-mail message.
