Attention students aged 9 to 19: 

Our bodies are magnificent miracles. Every day thousands of body parts help us to think, walk, breath and, heck... exist. How many parts of the body are you grateful? Make a list starting with something as small as a strand of hair all the way to something as important as your heart. Make sure you number each entry. Students that list the most body parts will be entered into a random drawing for free T-shirts and gift certificates to Subway Sandwiches. Just email your list to HeyUGLY@heyugly.org

Rules and Regulations: All letters must be original, legible and submitted on 8 1/2 x 11 white paper or emailed to HeyUGLY411@yahoo.com. Entrant's name, age, home address, and phone number must be clearly printed, in black ink, on the entry or in the email. Must be 9 - 19 years of age to be considered for inclusion in the book. Entries must be mailed or emailed to: Hey U.G.L.Y., Inc., PO Box 345, Rolling Prairie, IN 46371 or email HeyUGLY@heyugly.org by June 30. All letters submitted for consideration will become the exclusive property of Hey U.G.L.Y., Inc. and will not be returned to author. To determine which letters will be included in the book, all entries will be judged on creativity and memorability by an independent panel of journalists and health experts. Decisions of judges are final. Authors of letters that will be included in the book will be notified, by phone or mail by September 15, 2010. Entry constitutes permission (except where prohibited by law) for sponsor and anyone it may authorize to use winners' names, photographs or other likenesses, biographical information, hometowns and statements concerning the project for purposes of advertising and promotion without compensation to the author. Employees of Hey U.G.L.Y., Inc., its affiliated companies, participating partners and their respective advertising, promotion and production agencies and their immediate families are not eligible. Not responsible for lost, late illegible, mutilated, postage-due, misdirected mail, typographical or other errors. Photocopied or mechanically reproduced entries are not eligible. All prizes are guaranteed to be awarded.
