Critical thoughts can effect every aspect of our lives if we aren't careful about them.

Often we believe that critical thoughts are generated by those around us or to whom we are in closest relationship with.

The truth is that critical thoughts most often have been internalized in childhood from a critical parent or parents.

We can be our own worst enemies when really we need and deserve to be our own best friends.

Whether it is you, yourself, or someone else judging you, or both, you must develop a positive and affirming voice within to counteract your critical voice.

When you are experiencing this critical voice from within which can leave you without self esteem or positive regard for yourself (or others really) challenge it.

Ask yourself what you need when you think critical thoughts. Then affirm what you need and practice the very best self-care that you can.You deserve gentle loving care and positive regard.Be kind to yourself today.
